Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

After Dispatch

Any cancellation request after dispatch will be treated under the Return Policy and accepted only for defective or wrongly delivered products.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after inspection and may take several business days depending on the payment method.
